Do I need a card to start?
No. Sign up, use Pro free for 14 days, and you move to the Free plan automatically afterwards.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Your paid features continue until the end of the period you paid for, then you move to Free. Nothing is deleted.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Everything stays. Paid-only actions pause until you upgrade again, and you can export your catalog any time.
Do you take a share of my bookings?
No. The only extra is a 0.5% platform fee on card payments collected through Sarvyam payment links. Cash and bank transfers you record are always free.
Do you offer refunds?
Monthly plans are not refunded for the current month. Yearly plans are refunded in full within 14 days of payment.
Can I pay in my own currency?
Prices are listed in US dollars. Contact us and we will tell you the amount in your currency and the easiest way to pay where you are.
