What is a photography CRM?
A photography CRM keeps your inquiries, clients, bookings and payments in one place, so you can see who needs a reply, who has booked and who still owes a balance. Sarvyam adds what photographers need around that: packages priced from your hours, quotes clients sign and pay a deposit on, second-shooter scheduling and, on the Studio plan, proofing galleries and a deliverables tracker.
Can clients sign and pay a retainer online?
Yes, on Starter and above. Your client opens the quote link, chooses any optional extras, accepts your terms by typing their name and pays the deposit by card. In India, payments can go through Razorpay or UPI. You are told when the quote is opened and when it is accepted.
Does Sarvyam deliver client galleries?
Yes, on the Studio plan, which includes 200 GB of storage. You can protect a gallery with a password, set an expiry date, allow or block downloads, set how many favorites a client can pick and copy their selection as filenames for Lightroom. More storage can be added, or you can connect your own S3 or R2 bucket.
Can I book a second shooter through it?
Yes, on Pro and Studio. Add your second shooters and assistants with their skills, rates and days they can’t work. Sarvyam warns you about clashes, and each person confirms or declines from a job link that shows the job but never your client’s prices.
Is it photo studio management software too?
It covers the business side of a studio: inquiries, clients, quotes, bookings, payments, crew, tasks and reports, with team roles so staff only see what they need. Pro and Studio have unlimited team members with no per-seat fees.
Does it sync with Google Calendar or book consultation calls?
Not today. Sarvyam has its own calendar with clash warnings, morning task reminders and push notifications from the installable app, but it does not sync with Google Calendar or schedule consultation calls.
How much does the photography CRM cost?
The Free plan covers pricing and 10 sent quotes a month. Starter is $19 a month (₹999 in India) with the inquiry pipeline, online approval and deposits; Pro is $49 (₹2,499) with crew scheduling; Studio is $79 (₹3,999) with galleries and the full website.
