What should a balloon price list include?
Your garlands priced per foot or metre with a minimum length, arches and columns with “from” prices, add-ons such as foil numbers, backdrops and greenery, delivery and setup, the deposit to book, what affects the final price, and how long the prices are valid.
How do I price a balloon garland per foot?
Add up the balloons, supplies and your build time for one foot of finished garland, add a share of delivery and overheads, then set the margin you want. Our balloon garland calculator does this for you and gives a price per foot or metre you can drop into this price sheet.
Should I show exact prices or “from” prices?
For garlands, a price per foot with a minimum length is clear and easy to compare. For arches, columns and installations that vary with size and design, “from” prices set expectations without locking you in. Either way, say that the final quote depends on design, colors and venue.
Should I post my balloon prices on Instagram or my website?
Many decorators share a price sheet or starting prices so enquiries arrive already knowing the budget, which saves time on both sides. Others prefer to quote every job. If you share one, keep it current and put a “valid until” date on it.
Can I make a balloon arch price sheet in metres and another currency?
Yes. Choose your currency at the top, switch garlands to per metre, and the sheet updates — prices you have already typed convert between feet and metres.
Is this price list maker free?
Yes, with no sign-up. Your list is saved only in this browser. Print it, save it as a PDF to share, download it for Word, or copy the text.
